Known as "Gringo Pass, the Arizona border town of Lukeville is located at the southern end of Arizona State Route 85 where you can pick up any last minute items at the duty free store. Upon entering Sonoita, Mexico, note that the speed limits are slower and drive defensively. Head south about 2 miles to the 3-Way stop and take the PTO PENASCO exit and MEX HWY 8 south. Continue about 50 miles through open range land ( watch for animals and watch your speed ) to the Laguna Del Mar junction, turn right and head west about 2.5 miles to the ALTO sign at the railroad tracks. Cross the tracks and make an immediate right on a dirt road, bear left at the split, and continue another 25 yards to the asphalt. Turn right on the highway and head north 5 miles to the Playa Mia Development on the left.
